Rebate Manager – Sofia Bulgaria

This position is responsible for leading the Distribution rebates team within the Customer Rebates Department. Responsibilities include managing a team of analysts, overseeing all operational and compliance responsibilities, developing sound operational processes and providing financial analytics associated with ensuring timely and accurate rebate payments to MI customers. This position is also responsible for the successful integration of new business including proper planning and execution of customer on-board plans, liaising with Sales Leadership, Finance, Pricing, Legal and Account Management to ensure a smooth execution of new contractual terms and on-going oversight and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure maximum efficiency of transactional processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and engage team consisting of Analysts and Sr. Analysts that implement, calculate and issue rebate payments to customers and provide ongoing coaching and career guidance to ensure professional growth
  • Champion new initiatives and act as a catalyst for change by developing and leading the implementation of initiatives/projects that impact the Pharma business segment that will allow us to achieve our aggressive business goals while at the same time meeting our employee and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure accurate financial statements and a timely month-end close. Apply GAAP standards to rebate transactions
  • Foster collaborative relationships with all levels within Sales, Account Management, Finance, Pricing, Accounting, Legal and Deal Development teams to ensure business measurements reflect customer’s viewpoints and that we consistently deliver a high level of quality and responsiveness to our customers’ needs
  • Work cross-functionally during the contract draft review process, and oversee on-boarding and implementation of new and revised contractual terms to ensure accurate and timely issuance of rebate payments
  • Ensure on-going customer and company compliance with contractual rebate terms. Confer with Sales, Sales Account Management, Deal Development, Legal and Contract Compliance to design procedures and processes for effective and accurate set-up for rebate programs
  • Conduct sales and customer meetings to clarify understanding and processes for issuing rebates
  • Collaborate with SAP/Vistex and other technology groups to create automated workflow tools within the rebates organization
  • Develop and monitor SOX and audit controls to ensure successful audit results. Recommend narrative revisions and changes as needed
  • Ensure that departmental objectives tie to overall company objectives Ensure business measurements that reflect customer’s viewpoints and deliver a high level of quality and responsiveness to customer needs

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
  • Critical Skills
    • 4+ years related finance and/or accounting experience
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • Prior experience building and facilitating relationships with internal customers
    • Prior experience leading a team to meet operational metrics
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize to a fast pace and changing environment
  • Intermediate MS PowerPoint & Excel skills

Industrial Engineer (Okhlahoma City, OK)

The industrial engineer will find ways to prevent waste and inefficiency in production processes. They will design efficient systems that integrate workers, information, machines, energy and materials to make products or provide services. The industrial engineer will also design equipment to coordinate production planning to minimize production issues and costs while ensuring products meet quality standards. They will design, develop and maintain manufacturing routes to maximize effectiveness, efficiency and space. The industrial engineer will also make sure the company complies with all industry standards for safety while meeting design standards and guidelines. They will also work in a support role as needed on less complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Review production information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services. This includes, but is not limited to, production schedules, process flows and engineering specs.
  • Design control systems to minimize and resolve production issues and project costs.
  • Create systems and plan production to ensure all products meet quality control standards.
  • Develop standards for production and design by working with clients and management.

Skills
